Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- at least three months supervisory experience or 6 months theatre experience with Cast Certification Program or combination thereof
- must have or obtain Regal Responsible Beverage Server training if serving alcohol
- ability to perform essential duties and supervise staff
- effective communication and public speaking skills
- familiarity with projection and ROM systems
- ability to manage cash handling and deposits
- compliance with company policies and dress code
- training and coaching of staff
- experience in scheduling and hiring under GM guidance
- ability to operate theatre systems and perform minor repairs as needed
- management certification program or progress toward it
- risk management and safety responsibilities
