Job Summary
Assist the Head Coach in managing administrative and athletic functions, including practice and match planning, while establishing team rules and expectations. Coach, train, and develop individual players by creating footwork drills, bouting games, and training sessions, then provide feedback and direction. Recruit prospective student-athletes, coordinate visits, plan travel itineraries, and lead a weapon squad during practice or offer individual lessons. Review recorded video to create scouting reports, develop strategies for future opponents, and manage content to promote the team and University. Travel to tournaments and engage with alumni. Bachelor's degree required with a driver's license and CPR/AED certification; entry-level experience acceptable.

- 1-3 years' experience playing, coaching, and/or recruiting at the collegiate level
