Job Summary
Lead a customer-focused, sales-driven store location by managing daily operations, maintaining visual standards, and ensuring merchandise flow. Handle customer situations in compliance with policy, delegate tasks to meet operational needs, and coach sales associates on performance and company directives. Maintain a clean, organized store and stockroom while holding team members accountable for safety procedures and core value behaviors. Prioritize duties to cover non-peak periods and drive efficiency across all store processes. This part-time role requires 20-40 hours per week with flexibility for weekends, nights, and peak holiday periods.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work a range between 20-40 hours per week
- Flexibility with work schedule (able to work weekends, nights, peak holiday periods)
- Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 20 pounds
- Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 35 pounds
- Ability to frequently sit/stand for long periods of time
- Ability to climb ladders as needed
- Ability to regularly talk or hear
- Ability to frequently sit; stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; as well as reach, twist or squat
- Ability to maneuver around sales floor, stockroom and office areas
- Specific vision abilities including close vision, distance vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
- Ability to work in open environment with fluctuating temperatures and standard lighting
