Job Summary
Assist with building and sustaining a recruiting pipeline, planning practices and training sessions, and conducting match preparation including scouting and video analysis. Support team operations through travel coordination, equipment management, and program logistics while maintaining compliance with NCAA Division III and North Atlantic Conference policies. Contribute to competitive success and student-athlete development under the Head Coach's vision, ensuring high standards of professionalism and commitment to student-athlete well-being. Requires a valid driver's license, ability to travel regionally, and availability for evenings, weekends, and team travel.
