Job Summary
Lead a customer-focused, top-line sales-driven store location by managing associates, executing visual directives, and maintaining merchandise flow and presentation standards. Handle customer situations in compliance with policy, coach sales associates on performance, and delegate tasks to meet operational needs while ensuring all safety procedures are followed. Maintain a clean, organized store and stockroom environment, share customer feedback with leadership, and act as floor supervisor during non-peak periods. This part-time role requires 20-40 hours per week with flexibility for weekends, nights, and peak holiday periods.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to work a range between 20-40 hours per week
- Ability to work weekends
- Ability to work nights
- Ability to work peak holiday periods
- Frequently lift and/or move up to 20 pounds
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 35 pounds
- Frequently sit/stand for long periods of time
