Job Summary
Lead a customer-focused, top-line sales-driven store by handling customer situations in compliance with policy, maintaining clean and organized displays, and ensuring all associates follow safety procedures. Perform floor supervision duties during non-peak periods, delegate tasks to meet operational needs, and coach sales associates on performance and company directives. Prioritize merchandise flow, fill stock, and execute visual standards while driving efficiency in store processes. This part-time role requires 20-40 hours per week with flexibility for weekends and peak holiday periods.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work a range between 20-40 hours per week
