Job Summary
Lead the Assistant Store Manager in driving top-line sales and profitability while managing a customer-focused, engaging shopping experience at Baybrook Mall. Execute visual directives, maintain merchandise flow and stockroom standards, and ensure all associates follow safety policies and procedures. Coordinate operational tasks, coach sales associates on performance, and escalate customer situations as needed. Work 20-40 hours per week with flexibility for weekends, nights, and peak holiday periods. This role supports the broader Pacsun Community initiative, aligning with brand values around diversity, mental health, and equality.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work a range between 20-40 hours per week
- Ability to work weekends
