Job Summary
Unpack, assemble, and set up framed student artwork for gallery-style displays at school art shows. Organize and maintain clean, professional displays while serving as a friendly support point for teachers, staff, students, and families. Assist families with locating artwork and completing purchases, then support accurate inventory counts at the start and end of events. Help with tear down, repacking of displays and supplies, and ensure professionalism in school settings. Requires ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 35 lbs repeatedly, and work independently. No prior experience required; training provided. Premium opportunities and paid travel available for those willing to travel or exceed expectations.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to stand for extended periods during event setup and operation
- Ability to lift up to 30–35 lbs repeatedly (art frames and display materials)
- Comfortable with bending, reaching, and light physical activity
- Strong attention to detail and basic problem-solving skills
- Dependable, punctual, and able to follow event procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Access to a smartphone capable of running basic apps for event communication, checklists, and photo documentation
