Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior experience in customer service; experience in hospitality, wellness, spa, or luxury environments strongly preferred
- Willing to work a part-time schedule (2-3 shifts a week)
- Comfortable performing light cleaning duties in guest-facing spaces
- Ability to stand and squeegee for long periods
- Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Willingness to obtain Adult CPR and First Aid certification (training support provided)
- Reliable, punctual, and professional; consistent attendance is essential
- Strong verbal communication skills and a guest-first demeanor
