Job Summary
Style Ambassador on the sales floor responsible for building personalized customer relationships, giving exceptional styling recommendations, and applying product knowledge to drive loyalty and sales. You will guide customers through their shopping journey with a brand-focused, authentic presence, maintain store environment standards, process purchases/returns/exchanges, and collaborate with the team in a fast-paced setting. Candidates should have a passion for fashion, strong personal style, excellent communication, the ability to multi-task, and the physical capacity to lift 40 pounds. Availability includes nights, weekends, and holidays, reflecting store needs. This role supports Everlane’s mission-driven brand through hands-on styling, brand storytelling, and delivering a customer-first experience.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in retail, sales, or the service industry
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Must bend, reach, and stretch for product, as well as lift, carry and move at least 40 pounds
- Have a minimum of 12 hours of availability that supports the needs of the business, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must regularly stand and move around all areas of the store and be accessible to customers
