Part-Time Style Ambassador at Everlane responsible for curating an elevated shopping experience and guiding customers through their journey with authentic brand storytelling. Act as a brand historian and personal stylist, build personalized relationships, offer tailored styling recommendations, leverage product knowledge to drive sales, maintain store standards, and process purchases, returns, and exchanges. The role requires a dynamic floor presence, teamwork, strong communication, the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and availability including nights, weekends, and holidays. Physical ability to bend, reach, and lift up to 40 pounds is needed to support in-store operations.
