Job Summary
Greet guests promptly, sell tickets, and handle payments via cash, credit cards, and vouchers while ensuring cash drawer balances are correct. Manage crowd control, verify ticket authenticity, and guide guests to exits, restrooms, or concessions. Conduct pre-opening inspections, maintain clear aisles, and enforce safety protocols including PPE usage and emergency evacuation procedures. Screen guests for physical requirements, assist those with special needs, and resolve seating disputes or lost articles. Operate attractions exactly as trained and administer emergency first aid as necessary.
Required Qualifications
- Secondary school certificate or equivalent professional training
- Good command in written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
- Courteous and presentable appearance
- Always dress and talk in a professional manner
- Maintain a very high standard of personal presentation at all times
- Be customer service oriented
- Work collaboratively and communicate with senior management team
- Ability to deal effectively with guests, management, colleagues and outside contacts while working under pressure and meeting deadlines
- Maintain physical stamina and proper mental attitude
Desired Qualifications
- Experience Practical attractions and customer service experience are preferred
- With appropriate attractions and customer service experience preferable
- Pleasant personality with good customer services sense
- Work in a fast-paced, busy, and somewhat stressful environment
