Job Summary
Load conveyor belts, transport and stage deliveries, and receive truck loads of customer packages at the delivery station. Use carts, dollies, and hand trucks to move items while operating smartphones and handheld devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders into delivery bags and vans. Build, wrap, and sort pallets and packages before drivers pick up the final shipments. Shifts run early morning or overnight, with hours ranging from 20 to 40 weekly depending on your selection. You'll complete on-the-job training during your first few days before transitioning to your chosen schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Be 18 years or older
- Understand and follow instructions in English
- Must be able to stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts
- Must be able to use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around
- Must be able to use technology like smartphones and handheld devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders into delivery bags and vans
- Must be able to build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages
- Must be able to receive truck deliveries of customer packages
