Job Summary
Acknowledge and welcome each guest with a smile, take food and beverage orders, and deliver items to the kitchen. Answer menu questions, ensure food is prepared correctly, and clear tables as guests finish their meal. Adhere to brand standards for food and beverage service, maintain menu knowledge, and prepare guest checks while collecting payment. Clean designated areas, set tables, and assist with dining room tasks. Work a 7-day rotational schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. This role supports the Hilton Garden Inn Patriot Place restaurant team, offering a friendly face for our guests.

Desired Qualifications
