Job Summary
Deliver exceptional guest service by acknowledging every guest, answering the store phone, and maintaining cleanliness and product quality standards. Handle guest payments with accuracy while protecting credit card information. Maintain appropriate stock levels in front cases, staging areas, and refrigerators, and assist with supply inventory by assembling and branding packaging. Complete cleaning tasks continuously, including washing dishes, wiping surfaces, and following the weekly cleaning list. Perform other duties as assigned, including regular weekend work. Operates in a climate-controlled environment with occasional exposure to a 0-degree walk-in; cold-weather gear is provided.

- Ability to frequently lift and/or move items weighing up to 50 lbs
- Specific vision abilities including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
- Regularly requires long hours and frequent weekend work
