Job Summary
Provide compassionate, resident-centered care with dignity and respect by assisting residents with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene. Support residents with mobility and transfers while administering or assisting with medications according to established care plans. Build positive relationships, respond promptly to resident needs, and monitor changes in residents' conditions to report them to appropriate staff. Work the part-time AM shift from 6AM to 2:30PM, including every other weekend, with shift differentials for PM and NOC rotations. Earn a sign-on bonus based on scheduling 40+ hours per pay period. Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to read, write, and carry out directions required
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred
- Training in health-related disciplines and/or experience preferred
