Job Summary
Assist with the basic needs of residents in a Residential Care Facility for the Elderly by providing ethical, respectful care and administering medication in accordance with Title 22 regulations. Order and reorder medications per physician instructions, monitor administration records, and report errors to leadership. Schedule resident doctor's appointments and communicate progress with medical professionals to promote engagement and independence. Maintain composure during emergencies and ensure a safe work environment. Pass DOJ FBI live scan, pre-employment physical, and TB tests; hold a high school diploma or GED. Full-time and part-time positions available in various shifts with competitive wages and loyalty bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- Able to pass DOJ FBI live scan criminal background clearance mandated by licensing
- Able to pass pre employment physical and TB test clearance
- High school diploma or GED required
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in caregiving and medical administration preferred
