Job Summary
Part-Time AM Cook at FLA Midlo in Richmond, VA. Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with established recipes, procedures, and quality standards; maintain a clean, sanitary kitchen in compliance with food safety regulations; assist with menu preparation, inventory monitoring, and ingredient management; collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to deliver outstanding food and service; ensure proper food presentation and portion control; support daily kitchen operations including food prep, cleaning, and dishwashing; adapt to menu changes and seasonal offerings, and contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant, kitchen, or culinary setting preferred
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen best practices
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
