Job Summary
Provide care to a group of children Monday-Friday 2:30pm-5:15pm while maintaining a safe environment. Develop and plan daily schedules of fun, engaging, and developmentally appropriate activities that help children discover new interests and learn positive behaviors. Collaborate with the therapy team and lead teachers to support each child's learning, and communicate with parents daily at pick-up. This part-time afternoon role supports an inclusive early education program for ages 2-6, integrating individualized therapy for children with autism and developmental delays within a family-owned business focused on play-based intervention.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working with children

- Enjoy working with, caring for, and having fun with children
- Outgoing and a positive attitude
- Able to receive ongoing feedback
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Overall enjoy communicating
- Want to work as a team with your peers
- Physically able to play on the floor with children
- Able to sit
- Able to stand
- Able to kneel
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to pass background check
- Ability to pass drug screening
