Part-time afternoon BCBA at Gracent Pediatric Therapy in Missouri City, TX. Carry an afternoon caseload (6–8 kids on a full caseload with your slice shaped around afternoons), conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans grounded in assent-based, neuroaffirming care, support parent training, and supervise RBTs. Collaborate with SLPs, OTs, PTs, and mental health providers on shared cases, run intakes for the families you serve, and uphold documentation and treatment-plan standards at the level of the full-time team. Requires BCBA certification and Texas licensure in good standing; schedule focuses on afternoon sessions with flexible rhythm; in-person clinic setting with interprofessional collaboration.
