Part-Time Afternoon BCBA — Pediatric ABA — Lincolnwood, IL

Part-time afternoon BCBA role in Lincolnwood, IL, in-person clinic setting. Carry an afternoon caseload, conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans grounded in assent-based, neuroaffirming care, support parent training, and supervise RBTs. Collaborate with SLPs, OTs, PTs, and mental health providers on shared kids and afternoon coordination. Run your own intakes for the families you serve and maintain documentation and treatment-plan standards at the level of the full-time team. Requires BCBA certification and an active Illinois license in good standing. Availability to consistently cover afternoon sessions (flexible rhythm); compensation is $55–$60 per billable hour with benefits such as in-house CEUs and a professional development stipend.
