Part-Time Afternoon BCBA — Pediatric ABA — Lake Bluff, IL

Part-time afternoon BCBA role in a Lake Bluff, IL pediatric ABA clinic. Carry an afternoon caseload of 6–8 kids (slice shaped around the afternoon families) with supervision of RBTs (16–20%). Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, support parent training, and collaborate with SLPs, OTs, PTs, and mental health providers. Run intakes, maintain documentation and treatment-plan standards, and contribute to a multidisciplinary team in an in-person clinic setting. Compensation: $55–$60 per billable hour; LB clinic; flexible part-time schedule (3–5 days/week) with afternoon focus; IL licensure required; BACB credentials required; opportunities for professional development and CEUs.
