Part-Time Afternoon BCBA — Pediatric ABA — Elmhurst, IL

Part-time afternoon BCBA role in an in-person pediatric ABA clinic in Elmhurst, IL. Carry an afternoon caseload of 6–8 kids (scaled from full-time teams), conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans grounded in assent-based, neuroaffirming care, support parent training, and supervise RBTs. Collaborate with SLPs, OTs, PTs, and mental health providers on shared caseloads; run intakes; maintain treatment-plan standards at the level of the full-time team. Requires BCBA licensed in Illinois; flexible afternoon-hours schedule (5 afternoons a week possible, or other rhythm as built with onboarding). Compensation is $55–$60 per billable hour, with in-house CEUs and a development stipend; equal opportunity employer.
