Part-Time Afternoon BCBA — Pediatric ABA — Deerfield, IL

Part-time afternoon BCBA position in Deerfield, IL responsible for carrying an afternoon caseload, conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans grounded in assent-based, neuroaffirming care, supporting parent training, and supervising RBTs. Collaborate with SLPs, OTs, PTs, and mental health providers on shared kids, afternoon coordination, full team membership. Run own intakes for the families served. Maintain documentation and treatment-plan standards at the same level as the full-time team.
