Part-Time Afternoon BCBA — Pediatric ABA — Arlington Heights, IL

Carry an afternoon caseload of 6–8 kids, conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans grounded in assent-based, neuroaffirming care, support parent training, and supervise RBTs. Collaborate with SLPs, OTs, PTs, and mental health providers on shared cases and afternoon coordination. Run own intakes for families served and maintain documentation and treatment-plan standards at the level of the full-time team. Part-time afternoon role at a pediatric ABA clinic in Arlington Heights, IL; must be a BCBA licensed in Illinois with availability for afternoon sessions.
