Job Summary
Lead engaging after-school enrichment sessions for students, facilitating hands-on activities and group participation. Maintain a positive, structured classroom environment and coordinate with school staff and Concorde program contacts. Develop and deliver structured weekly plans for enrichment classes across topics such as STEM/design challenges, coding/robotics/digital creativity, art/music/dance, games/puzzles/strategy clubs, sports/fitness/yoga, and study skills. Ideal candidates are current or former teachers or educators, college or graduate students studying education, STEM, or arts, or professionals who enjoy mentoring students; must have strong communication and group facilitation skills, be reliable, punctual, and professional.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 60 college credits completed
- Experience working with youth (teaching, tutoring, camps, or youth programs)
