Job Summary
Lead engaging after-school enrichment sessions for students, delivering hands-on activities across topics such as STEM, coding, robotics, design challenges, art, music, dance, sports, and study skills. Facilitate structured lessons using weekly plans, adapt activities to students’ needs, maintain a positive classroom environment, and coordinate with school staff and Concorde program contacts. Ideal candidates are current or former teachers/educators, college or graduate students studying education, STEM, or the arts, or professionals who enjoy mentoring students. Strong communication and group facilitation skills, reliability, and professionalism are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 60 college credits completed
- Experience working with youth (teaching, tutoring, camps, or youth programs)
