Job Summary
Lead structured after-school enrichment sessions for students, facilitating hands-on activities and guiding groups in a positive, organized classroom environment. Develop and deliver engaging lessons across topics such as STEM, coding, robotics, art, music, dance, sports, yoga, and study skills, adapting plans to student needs. Coordinate with school staff and Concorde program contacts to schedule sessions, typically meeting 1 hour weekly for at least 10 weeks. Ideal candidates include current or former teachers, education-bound students, or professionals who enjoy mentoring youth, with strong communication and facilitation abilities.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 60 college credits completed
- Experience working with youth (teaching, tutoring, camps, or youth programs)
- Strong communication and group facilitation skills
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
