Job Summary
Lead structured after-school enrichment sessions in Providence partner schools; design and deliver hands-on, inquiry-based activities across STEM, coding/robotics, art, music, dance, and creative projects; guide games, puzzles, strategy clubs, sports, and study-skills sessions to build creativity, collaboration, and confidence; maintain a positive, structured classroom environment and coordinate with school staff and Concorde program contacts; apply weekly plans while adapting activities to students’ needs.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 60 college credits completed
- Experience working with youth (teaching, tutoring, camps, or youth programs)
- Strong communication and group facilitation skills
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
