Job Summary
Lead engaging after-school sessions for students using structured enrichment lessons and weekly plans. Roles involve facilitating hands-on activities, maintaining a positive classroom environment, coordinating with school staff and Concorde program contacts, and guiding students through topics like STEM design challenges, coding/robotics, arts, music, dance, and other enrichment areas to build creativity, confidence, and teamwork. Ideal candidates include current/former teachers, education students, professionals who enjoy mentoring, and anyone with skills in coding, art, music, or sports who can lead sessions 1–4 hours per week over approximately 10 weeks.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 60 college credits completed
- Experience working with youth (teaching, tutoring, camps, or youth programs)
- Strong communication and group facilitation skills
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
