Job Summary
Lead structured enrichment sessions after school for students, delivering hands-on activities that encourage creativity, collaboration, and curiosity. Responsibilities include facilitating engaging activities, maintaining a positive classroom environment, coordinating with school staff and Concorde program contacts, and adapting lessons to student needs. Possible topics include STEM/design challenges, coding/robotics, art, music, dance, creative projects, games, puzzles, sports/yoga, and study skills. The role suits current or former teachers, college or graduate students in education/STEM/arts, or professionals who enjoy mentoring students. Requires minimum 60 college credits, experience with youth, strong communication and group facilitation skills, and reliability.
