Job Summary
Lead engaging after-school enrichment sessions on Mercer Island, guiding structured, hands-on activities for students in weekly one-hour blocks. Develop and deliver weekly plans across topics such as STEM, coding, robotics, art, music, dance, games, sports, and academic enrichment. Coordinate with school staff and Concorde program contacts; maintain a positive, structured classroom environment and encourage creativity, collaboration, and curiosity. Candidates should have minimum 60 college credits, experience with youth, strong communication and facilitation skills, and a reliable, professional demeanor.
