Part-Time After-School Teacher / Instructor (1–4 hrs per week)

Lead structured after-school enrichment sessions for students, guiding engaging hands-on activities that foster creativity, collaboration, and curiosity. Responsibilities include delivering weekly plans, maintaining a positive classroom environment, coordinating with school staff and Concorde program contacts, and adapting activities to students’ needs. Class topics may include STEM/design challenges, coding/robotics, art/music/dance, games/puzzles/strategy clubs, sports/yoga, and study skills. Ideal candidates have 60 college credits, experience with youth programs, strong communication and facilitation skills, and are reliable and professional. Programs run 1–4 hours per week across 10-week stretches, with sessions typically meeting once per week for about one hour; compensation starts at $50+ per instructional hour, with flexibility based on assignment and instructor experience.
