Job Summary
Lead structured enrichment after-school sessions for students, delivering hands-on activities across topics such as STEM, coding/robotics, art, music, dance, sports/yoga, and study skills. Responsibilities include facilitating engaging activities, maintaining a positive, structured classroom environment, and coordinating with school staff and Concorde program contacts. Opportunities to teach multiple programs per week based on availability. Ideal for current or former teachers, education students, STEM/arts professionals, tutors, camp counselors, and youth program leaders who can adapt weekly plans to student needs and foster creativity, collaboration, and confidence.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 60 college credits completed
- Experience working with youth (teaching, tutoring, camps, or youth programs)
- Strong communication and group facilitation skills
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
