Job Summary
Lead engaging after-school enrichment sessions for students, delivering hands-on activities and facilitating group participation in STEM, coding, robotics, art, music, dance, and other topics. Classes meet 1–4 hours per week, typically once per week for about one hour, with flexibility to teach additional programs. Coordinate with school staff and Concorde program contacts; maintain a positive, structured classroom environment; adapt activities to students' needs and interests. Qualifications include 60 college credits, experience with youth, strong communication and facilitation skills, reliability, and professionalism. Topics may include STEM challenges, coding/robotics, art and design projects, games, sports/yoga, study skills, and academic enrichment. Ideal for current/former teachers, college students studying education/STEM/arts, or professionals who enjoy mentoring youth.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 60 college credits completed
- Experience working with youth (teaching, tutoring, camps, or youth programs)
- Strong communication and group facilitation skills
