Job Summary
Lead engaging after-school enrichment sessions for students, typically 1–4 hours per week across multiple programs, in a structured classroom setting. Teach a range of topics including STEM and design challenges, coding/robotics, art, music/dance, creative projects, games, puzzles, and sports/yoga. Lead structured lessons using weekly plans, adapt activities to student needs, and coordinate with school staff and Concorde program contacts. Maintain a positive classroom environment and facilitate hands-on activities with group participation. Requires minimum 60 college credits, experience with youth, strong communication and facilitation skills, and reliability. Programs run for ~10 weeks with sessions meeting 1 hour weekly, and instructors may teach multiple programs based on availability.
