Job Summary
Lead engaging after-school sessions for students, guiding structured enrichment lessons and hands-on activities that foster creativity, collaboration, and curiosity. Coordinate with school staff and Concorde program contacts; adapt weekly plans to the needs and interests of students; provide a positive, structured classroom environment. Suitable for current or former teachers, education students, and professionals who enjoy mentoring youth in STEM, design challenges, coding/robotics, arts, music/dance, games, sports, and study skills.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 60 college credits completed
- Experience working with youth (teaching, tutoring, camps, or youth programs)
- Strong communication and group facilitation skills
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
