Job Summary
Lead engaging after-school sessions for students and facilitate hands-on activities across STEM, coding, robotics, art, music, dance, sports, and academic enrichment. Coach students using structured weekly plans, adapt activities to student needs, and maintain a positive, structured classroom environment. Coordinate with school staff and Concorde program contacts. Requires minimum 60 college credits and experience with youth; strong communication and group facilitation skills; reliable, punctual, and professional. Part-time role (1–4 hours per week), typically 10-week programs, with compensation of $50+ per instructional hour. Opportunities to lead multiple programs based on availability. Class topics may include STEM, coding/robotics, art, music, dance, creative projects, games, puzzles, strategy clubs, sports/yoga, and study skills; training and ongoing instruction provided by Concorde Education.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 60 college credits completed
- Experience working with youth (teaching, tutoring, camps, or youth programs)
- Strong communication and group facilitation skills
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
