Job Summary
Lead engaging after-school sessions for students in a flexible, part-time role at local partner schools. Deliver structured hands-on enrichment lessons across topics such as STEM, coding/robotics, arts and crafts, music/dance, games, fitness, and study skills. Maintain a positive, organized classroom environment, using weekly plans and adapting activities to student needs. Coordinate with school staff and Concorde program contacts to ensure smooth program delivery. Ideal candidates have 60 college credits, prior work with youth, strong communication and facilitation abilities, and are reliable and professional.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 60 college credits completed
- Experience working with youth (teaching, tutoring, camps, or youth programs)
- Strong communication and group facilitation skills
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
