Job Summary
Lead after-school sneaker design sessions for students, facilitating hands-on sketching and design activities, connecting sneaker design principles to brand concepts and marketing ideas. Coordinate with school staff and Concorde program contacts; build structured, engaging lessons using weekly plans; adapt activities to student needs; foster creativity, collaboration, and confidence in presenting ideas. Topics may include sneaker history, design principles, sketching concepts, branding, and introductory marketing. Flexible, part-time role meeting once per week for about one hour; opportunities to teach multiple programs per week based on availability.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 60 college credits completed
- Experience in design, fashion, footwear, art, or creative industries
- Experience working with youth (schools, camps, after-school programs, or tutoring)
- Strong communication and group facilitation skills
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
