Part-Time After-School Improv & Theater Instructor

Job Summary
Lead after-school improv and theater sessions at partner schools for 1–4 hours weekly; create and deliver structured enrichment lessons that encourage creativity, collaboration, storytelling, and confidence through improvisational theater activities. Lead fun, interactive improv and theater games, maintain a positive and structured classroom environment, and coordinate with school staff and Concorde program contacts. Assignments vary by school and may include improvisational theater games, Yes, and collaboration, character development, storytelling basics, and voice/movement/stage presence exercises. Qualifications include minimum 60 college credits and experience in improv/theater/performing arts, plus experience working with youth and strong facilitation skills.
Required Qualifications

- Experience working with youth (schools, camps, theater programs, or after-school settings)
- Strong communication and group facilitation skills
