Required Qualifications
- Math teaching experience 2+ years
- Experience teaching 3rd-7th grade
- Commitment to equity and student-centered teaching
- Growth mindset and reflective practice
- Effective communication and collaboration
- Passion for logic puzzles and problem solving
- Strong understanding of math concepts up to Algebra 1
- Flexibility to adapt during a pilot year
