Job Summary
Lead engaging after-school dance sessions for students at local partner schools, delivering structured enrichment lessons to help students develop rhythm, coordination, confidence, and creative expression through dance. Teach choreography and movement techniques across hip-hop, jazz, contemporary, or cultural styles, maintain a positive, structured classroom environment, and coordinate with school staff and Concorde program contacts. Sessions are typically once per week for about one hour, with potential to teach multiple programs. Emphasizes teamwork, performance skills, and student growth through movement and choreography.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 60 college credits completed
- Experience with dance instruction, choreography, or performance
- Experience working with youth (schools, studios, camps, or after-school programs)
- Strong communication and group facilitation skills
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
