Job Summary
Lead engaging after-school cheerleading sessions for students, delivering structured enrichment lessons with weekly plans. Teach cheerleading fundamentals, team routines, chants, and choreography while promoting safety, coordination, teamwork, confidence, and school spirit. Coordinate with school staff and Concorde program contacts, adapt activities to student needs, and maintain a positive, structured classroom environment. This part-time role typically meets once per week for about an hour, with opportunities to teach multiple programs per week based on availability. Qualifications include 60 college credits, cheerleading/dance/coaching experience, youth experience, strong communication and facilitation skills, and reliability.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 60 college credits completed
- Experience with cheerleading, dance, coaching, or related performance activities
