Responsibilities include facilitating skill-building activities, maintaining a safe classroom environment, coordinating with school staff and Concorde program contacts, and adapting activities to students’ needs. Ideal candidates bring experience in cheerleading or related performance activities, prior work with youth, strong communication and facilitation abilities, reliability, and professionalism. Required Qualifications
