Part Time Adult Mobile Crisis Team Case Manager

Job Summary
Provide outpatient case management services to the seriously mentally ill population, including direct support for unmet needs, medication compliance monitoring, and assistance with obtaining prescriptions. Conduct Basic Living Skills training and money management education while evaluating residential stability and arranging transportation to appointments or referrals. Develop and implement Individual Service Plans, review client progress quarterly, and assist clients through crisis situations or family education. Maintain high-quality electronic documentation and monitor care within residential settings. Work Saturdays and Sundays, 7AM-7PM or 7PM-7AM, as a part-time role supporting the transition from crisis to care and recovery.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Psychology, Counseling, Human Services or Social Sciences field
- Acceptable 3-year driving record & reliable transportation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Successful completion of State of Alabama Adult and Child/Adolescent Case Management Training
- Knowledge of local community to include agencies and resources
- Personal Automobile Liability Insurance in the acceptable amounts
