Job Summary
Part-time Administrative Support Coordinator at Gateway Rehab Center supporting outpatient programming in Pittsburgh, PA. Responsibilities include processing patient evaluations, admissions, and discharges in Electronic Health Records; scheduling services; greeting visitors and patients; data entry, filing, and word processing; training new administrative staff in office procedures and EMR use; monitoring patient liability and processing related payments; coordinating drug screening; answering multi-line phones and visitor inquiries; clerical duties; auditing patient charts; supporting doctor/nurse day operations including scheduling, authorizations, and pharmacy communications; ordering supplies; maintaining office equipment and lobby/front desk appearance; maintaining medical records and patient charts; attending site meetings; and performing related duties. Requirements include a High School diploma or GED, with preferred post-high school or business school, plus background checks, fingerprinting clearances, drug screen, TB test, and CPR/First Aid certification.
