Job Summary
As Showroom Support Specialist, greet customers at the front desk, determine the purpose of their visit, notify sales associates when assistance is needed, direct calls, balance cash and credit card accounts, and look up customer records in NetSuite. Part-time evening and weekend hours, with commission on sales in addition to hourly pay, plus employee discounts. Requires strong communication and customer service abilities, reliability, computer proficiency, attention to detail, English fluency, and successful completion of a background check and drug test.
