Job Summary
Conduct speech-language pathology services including screening, evaluation, treatment planning, implementation, and discharge planning. Provide evaluation findings and treatment plans to patients and families while incorporating them into goal setting. Demonstrate proficiency in implementing treatment protocols and consult with healthcare professionals as needed. Manage accurate schedules, meet productivity expectations, and document patient care activities including daily notes and progress summaries. Take initiative in pursuing continuing education and serve as a clinical instructor for students. Requires Master's or Doctoral degree, Maryland licensure, and AASHA certification. Full-time role with salary range of $74,214 to $134,596 annually.
Required Qualifications
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology of an accredited school of Speech Language Pathology
- Completion of clinical fellowship year (CFY)
- Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in Maryland
- American Speech Language Hearing Association Certificate of Clinical Competence
