Job Summary
Implement activity services addressing social, emotional, cognitive, physical, and spiritual resident needs. Plan, lead, and evaluate programs including papering activities for foot soaks, nail care, hair care, and bathing. Maintain cleanliness of activity rooms and offices; track attendance and provide one-to-one interventions. Aids residents to and from programs, supervises volunteers, and maintains intra-facility communication. Design bulletin boards and daily sheets. Participate in Care Plan development. Available for 3:00pm-9:00pm shifts on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications

- High level of organization
- Must be available to work 3:00pm-9:00pm on Mondays, Wednesdays, & Fridays, as well as every other weekend and a holiday rotation
- Frequent standing, sitting, walking, pushing/pulling, bending/standing, reaching, climbing
- Occasionally lifting up to 25lbs
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with or exposure to individuals with cognitive or functional deficits preferred but not required
- General working knowledge of computers
- High energy level
- Expressing leadership characteristics
- Ability to work independently
